Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for a business name logo that is predominantly text based, possibly with some type of logo that incorporates the letter M but not exactly sure about that. The words 'Property Hub' are to be considerably smaller than 'MARQUEE', and quite possibly in a different font. I would like to incorporate a bright sky blue colour but whether that is for the text or background I'm not sure. Other colours can include Black, Charcoal, Grey, Silver and White. The name and background colour will be used for real estate signs and needs to be clean and eye-catching when installed. Please note that the word Marquee is used as an adjective and refers to leading or dominant, as in Marquee Agents, Marquee Listings, etc.

• Please do not place logos above the Business Name, they should only be located to the left due to image size restrictions when advertising on certain websites. Please do not include in the logo anything that resembles a house or window, I will not use it. Thankyou
