Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a logo for a USA distribution company, full color, and easily able to create a reverse and black. Company will be distributing a variety of products sourced internationally and from the USA, not tied to any industry via the logo for future growth opportunities. "Broad" as in a variety of products, one-stop-shop, "Bay" as in warehouse or shipping/recieving dock. It's a play on Broadway for fun and to tie it to the USA. In the future will also need font and style guide for print and web. Would prefer one primary color and an accent color. Logo can just be the primary color. Primary not to be blue.
