This application is intended to help a project manager or administrator schedule, deliver and communication activities for a group meeting. The application is organized around the following areas:

Scheduled Meetings
Meetings Underway
Completed Meetings
Canceled Meetings

Scheduling Phase
* Multiple facilitator-defined roles to organize meeting activities and communication
* Meeting Objective
* Pre-Meeting Instructions
* Pre-Meeting Attachments including the agenda in PDF format
* Multiple Administrators (requires TubularMeeting license for each administrator)
* Conference/Teleconference Contact Information
* System generated comments for speakers outlining date, time and location
* Agenda Management with Breakout Session Support
* Sends email meeting invites with calendar invite, agenda and attachments

Meeting Underway Phase
* Displays current time, remaining meeting time and remaining session time to help keep meetings on schedule
* Attendance Tracking to mark when a participant arrives
* Activity Log provides quick access to meeting activities
* Up to date meeting minutes created on demand
* Session specific attachments
* Documentation of meeting action items, decisions, notes, potential risks and known issues

Completed Phase
* Role specific post meeting communications
* Optional inclusion of original agenda in PDF format
* Optional inclusion of all attachments including session attachments (up to 20 per meeting)
* Optional inclusion of user specific action items
* Follow up reminders (user defined days before due date) for participants that have action items

Canceled
* Send customized message to participants
