Muss haben

• The title should make them pause and say "I need to get this book if I want my company to survive another 20 years!"

Schön zu haben

• Some image that signifies the future and / or uncertainty. Should be abstract - not people, not technology (which could change and then make the book look old). If you'd like to make the design a wrap from front to back, that is fine. I am not sure what text will go on the back at this point, so I may have to come back to you in a few months for an update.
