Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

BACKGROUND ON COMPANY
We are the HDS Foundation, a Hawaii-based nonprofit foundation that provides grants to other local non-profit organizations for their programs and projects that provide oral health education, prevent oral disease, and increase access to dental care for underserved populations in Hawaii.

As the grant-giving arm of Hawaii Dental Service (HDS), our organization was created to fulfill HDS's mission to improve the oral health of Hawaii communities.

Hawaii Dental Service is a member company with Delta Dental, the largest and leading dental insurer in the nation (US).

DESIGN REQUEST
We need a brand identity created for HDS Foundation, including:

- LOGO - 2 layout versions (horizontal and stacked) to be used as needed. Each layout version should have three color variations - 2-color, all black, and all white versions, and be vectorized. The logo should consist of an icon and the typeset name, HDS Foundation.

The designed HDS Foundation logo should also LOOSELY complement and feel like it's associated with the Hawaii Dental Service (HDS) logo (attached), but should NOT be the same, or use the same font, etc. Please incorporate the same green color found in the HDS Logo to be used as one of the two colors required for the 2-color version that's designed. Use your discretion for the second color.

The logo should communicate a strong support of the community, multiple groups of people from all walks of life, positivity, warmth, and the importance of oral health.

- COMPLEMENTARY BRAND GRAPHICS - 3 complementary (but separate) brand graphics that can be used in conjunction with the logo for flyers, stationery, and other communications material. The logos and brand graphics/elements should be part of a single brand identity and feel like they are part of a "set" along with the logo.

NOTE: Also, while we are a Hawaii based organization, the logo should NOT be too tropical or tacky.
