Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We would need a logo for a company importing and retailing both in brick and mortars and online tea exclusively from Japan (Sencha, Macha...) to Canada. The name of the company is The Japan Tea Company. We imagine the logo to have a sober, modern, all in capital letter font for The Japan Tea company, all in black over white. As for the logo itself, we would like it to be inspired by the Japanese traditional family crests called Kamon (or Mon in general). As for the motif, we would like to have both one or more Maple leaves from Canada and one or more Momiji leaves (Japanese maple) from Japan to symbolize both countries the company is born from. The font from for company should be more western inspired, while the logo itself should be inspired by Japanese culture, but they should match together smoothly. The logo must be modern but also embodies the sophistication of Japanese culture and tea culture.Thank you!
