Hey. What dimensions would you like this to be?

The dimensions need to support the dimensions of a 2U and 3U computer rack server for a standard 19" rack. 1U is 1.75 inches high. To fit in a 19" rack the width is about 18 inches. (Of course, your design doesn't necessarily have to take up the whole space but that is the size of the canvas you're working with.)

Are you planning on investing in a die to do something as elaborate as the sample images you recently provided?

We have a manufacturing partner who provides the actual bezel work (modeling, venting, etc). While these often go hand in hand, the manufacturer doesn''t specialize in design creativity - they do have design / design modification capability. At a minimum, we''ll select the best design for the 2-3" x 12-13" face-plate and the manufacturer will make modifications to accommodate LED''s, airflow, etc. (As you''ll note with the Google design, they took airflow into account in their design - so the range is wide open for what you may come up with).
