Seniors returning for the winter. For those that are not familiar with Phoenix Arizona, there are roughly 300,000 retired people from northern states in the US and Canada that come to live here October-April. Median age for these "snow birds" is 72. We are selling a service to inspect and repair their heat and air conditioning unit. Most of the "snow birds" are too old to maintain heat and air conditioning them selves. They are very concerned that their system works properly to get them through the winter months.
