I was wondering what colors you have in mind? Also, how thick would the book spine be?

I am unable to open your file, as I don't have the newest version of Illustrator. Would you be able to post a .jpg of it?

Hi--and thanks for your interest! I have one book with a one-inch spine, and another with 5/8-inch spine, and that appears to be the range of forthcoming titles, as well.
As for colors--I like the mid-century modern palette, but updated for a contemporary feel, so no pastels or bright jewel tones.
I'm new to DesignCrowd, so will figure out how to edit my project and add a .jpg.

And this just occurred to me...will the name/logo be oriented horizontally or vertically along the spine?

Definitely open to other ideas. The logo will display  vertically on the spine.
