Thank you to everyone for your submissions. I am very impressed with DesignCrowd. Thus far, I have received 36 designs and of them there are 2 that I like a lot. The ones I like are simple, clean, balanced and professional. (There are no added graphics like ribbon font nor boxes nor arrows.) The ones I like also look very good color and grayscale.
