I need a design only for an SEO/Marketing project I have in mind. I have bought the domain Advaance.com and want to aim this project at businesses who want to push their business further. WHEN I SAY DESIGN ONLY, I MEAN NO PROGRAMMING. HOWEVER, I DO NEED THE DESIGNER TO PUT THIS SITE ONLINE. $300 IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR A TEMPLATE YOU CAN PURCHASE FOR $60 WITH SOME CUSTOMISATION.

The idea is that businesses will register with us and will be offered two different kinds of services. They can make use of our scripts to check their back links, rankings, compare with competitors and a number of other marketing tools. The other service we provide is that we offer them an SEO service at a very competitive price. We will handle social networking, link building, article submission, directory submission, social bookmarking etc etc at a reasonable monthly fee.

I windows metro look/flat design is what I really like, and I want to give off a professional vibe. This is the kind of site I wish to go for.

JUST TO REPEAT, I NEED A DESIGN TO BE PUT ONLINE, I.E PSD TO HTML CONVERSION. MY PROGRAMMERS WILL CODE THE CLIENT AREA THEMSELVES.
