Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We would like to refresh our association's logo and include our new tagline.
The association is called Eastern Property Owner's Association, located in the Village of Garden City, New York, (village website at http://www.gardencityny.net/) and is made up of volunteers to represent residents in our section of town for all civic activities.
We would like the logo to communicate a professional, friendly, lively and engaging organization that serves residents and generations of families in a close, beautifully maintained community. The logo should encompass the following:
- An icon (we would like to see designs of a traditional house with tree(s)
-. The letters "epoa" in lowercase
-. The association spelled out as "eastern property owner's association"
- The tagline " Representing Residents of the East since 1918" should live with the new logo, so we would like your submission to please include a version with the tagline as well.
- Any color (partial to shades of deep blues with accents of other blues, gray and or greens) may need to be reproduced in black and white.
The logo, icon and tagline will be used for different media. Note: We may be using Tahoma font for all media communciations

Muss haben
- Currently we use "epoa" in an outdated font (Kamerik 105 Heavy). We would still like to use the 4 letters "epoa" in lowercase, but in a cleaner, finer more updated font.
We would also like to see a submission of this new logo and icon accompanied next to our tagline "Representing Residents of the East since 1918".
Need to have the designs to be available in an illustrator file (eps or ai) full vector with a transparant background so it can be reproduceable in various media forms.
Schön zu haben
- Because of space restrictions, would like to see an option where the icon (house with tree) is combined with, or next to the letters "epoa", with the association name also spelled out. The tag-line "Representing Residents of the East since 1918" should live with it, but will not always.
