You are cordially invited
to honor the Ghosts of Startups Past

Date: Halloween Proper, Tuesday, October 31
Place: Ghoul Central, 43-45 East 19th St, 8th FL, doors to the right of Craft, between Park and Broadway.
Time: 7-9 pm
Costumes: Optional, but rewarded with prizes
Food: light bites and beer

Rules of enghoulment: Come dressed as your favorite failed startup. Or, at least wear a name tag with the company's name. Be prepared to discuss why the startup failed and what can be learned from it.

• Please be creative about the way you present the logos. Maybe they should look like ghosts. Or are on tombstones or something.
