I am new to this platform and quite willing to pay for both though I wasn't given the option with my request. I assumed I could pay for more things as I went along. Thanks for your reply anyway.

without ANY actual text, there really is nothing to design.
you need to write your content, collect your (either owned or legally licensed) photos, get your logo done, THEN come back here for a brochure.

you're effectively asking us to build you a house, but you'll bring the building materials later.
