Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a new logo design for a company based in London but that can also work in Italy/France.
This will be a family company that buy flats/houses and rent them to private people. We will manage the properties as well, directly giving to the client a different service compared to agents. More warm, more friendly.
One/two bedroom flats simple but very well manteined, with nice furnitures.
