Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We intent to accept and finalize design in next 2-3 days max.
We are looking for Logo Design for our Tech-logistic start up. We are offering GPS Tracking, ELD , DVIR Compliance solution) to fleet operators.
Aspect ratio desired

- Favicon : 1:1 ( 16 x 16 , .ico)

- Mobile Application Logo - 1:1 ( Size: 512 x 512 high resolution , .png , .eps),
Mobile Applications - Tracksmart DVIR , Tracksmart ELD.
Tracksmart DVIR - Driver vehicle inspection report application
Tracksmart ELD- Drvier Electronic Logging device application.
We do not want text "Tracksmart" as part of Square logo for mobile and favicon.

- Desktop Application Logo - 16:9 ( approx) ( Size:, 200 x 32px , 330px x 52px, 154px x 30px , .png , .eps) , We want 1:1 mobile logo along with text "TrackSmart" as part of the logo for desktop application. we should able to generate different sizes from vector file based on the desired aspect ratio as indicated above.
Logo must incorporate material design color palette principles for contrast between the logo and text "Tracksmart".
Max color in Square Logo : 2 to 3.
Max color in Logo with Text : 2 to 4.

We would like to see text "Track" and "Smart" in following color combination as part our desktop logo ( if feasible)
Cyan-Orange
Teal-Orange
Black-orange
Blue-Orange

Hex code of color combination must be provided for the logo and text for website designer.
