Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are in need of a new logo for a residential building in Cincinnati, OH. The name of the building is Studio One Tower. It is a high rise building that has 9 floors. We would like our logo to say 'Studio One' as we will be spelling out the number one. We would also like it to contain some element of a high rise in a skyline or a building. The exterior of the building will be a grid pattern of grays and a maroon color but we'd like the logo to be neutral in color or potentially have several versions of it; one that has the colors of the building and then one that is neutral in color. I will be wanting whichever logo I pick to come in several versions including transparent background and white background. There is a picture of the building attached so you have a reference.
