Buchumschlag Design Kurzbeschreibung
"Out There, Somewhere" is the thirdd book in the John Morano Eco-Adventure Series. It's a YA novel that adults will enjoy, based on the adventures of several marine animals trapped in a fictional marine park called SeaTopia, and some of their wild brethren. Included in the story are several humans as well..
We're looking for a front-and-back, wraparound cover that will be used for the print and ebook editions of this title (ebook will include just the front). The cover must be consistent with that of the first and second book in the series in style, tone, and typography. Included with this task are the final covers for those books.
Art suggestion from the author: "One integral aspect of the book, in fact its genesis, was when I stood on a boardwalk in Marineland (Florida) as a young man and watched the dolphins jump through raised hoops in their show. Then, looking over my shoulder from the very same spot I could see wild, free dolphins in the surf beyond the beach jumping and feeding and doing what wild dolphins do. It struck me as quite dramatic that the dolphins in the tanks could also see wild dolphins, perhaps family members, yet they would never be able to join them. A cover that captures/reflects that reality might be very dramatic."

- Barcode
- "With an introduction by Roger T. Rufe, Jr, President of The Ocean Conservancy"
- "Book Three of the Eco-Adventure Series"

- Title (Out There, Somewhere) and byline (John Morano) - positioning/style consistent with first book
- Technical specs:
- ------------------------------

Schön zu haben
- Other marine life such as a coelacanth, shrimp, octopus, or angelfish, as well as a teenage Khmer Rouge survivor named Kemar (so Southeastern Asian).
Sollte nicht haben
- — No black and white, must be in color.
- — No laurels or wreaths around the medallion - it's an indicator of series number, not an award.
