Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for an offshoot or 'sister company' of an existing business. The existing business is called Telmah Finance and specialises in obtaining commercial asset finance for business owners through a wide array of lenders. The new business (for which we require the logo) is named Telmah Mortgages and specialises in the broking of home loans, investment loans and commercial property loans again through various lenders. We have existing branding for Telmah Finance which will be maintained and would like something similar but with a fresh feel. The target client of Telmah Mortgages will still be those clients in/owning businesses so we would like to maintain a professional feel to the logo. Existing logo for Telmah Finance is attached - please note that this is not changing, we just require a new logo for the new offshoot, Telmah Mortgages. Thanks.
