We need a flyer made to pass out to potential customers describing what it is that we do. We would like for it to be a one page front and back flyer.
Our company helps people who are downsizing or getting rid of items that they no longer want and are unsure of their value. Most Millennials have no interest in their parents items--whether that be art, sterling flatware, jewelry, decorative items or collectibles. On top of that the market is slowing turning as there is more 'stuff" on the market than ever before and less buyers.
We have included some images as examples. For instance: a newspaper headline showing "Millennials Don't Want Your Stuff". In one of the small columns below there could be a picture of an Andy Warhol painting with a caption reading "Man Buys Original Warhol for $20 in Garage Sale". Or something like that.
We are open to suggestions and encourage your creativity. These are just examples of what we came up with. These issues, kids not wanting their parents stuff and worry about squandering something special because they didn't know what it is and what its worth are big concerns.
On the back page we are thinking about using a 5 step process to simplify what we do.
Below is a rough example of the 5 steps.

We will answer any questions you have and ask you enough questions to make sure we know what your goals are. We will also inform you about market trends and other information related to downsizing
3) The Tour and The Treasure Hunt
You will take us on a tour of your home and point out items you are selling. We will take pictures, notes and point out any treasures that you may not realize you have.
4) Research, Research, Research
We take our notes and photographs back to research your items. Then we will check with our network of experts, dealers and buyers across the country to determine the best market.
5) The Game Plan
We will go over our findings with you. Then we will discuss ways to sell the items to get the highest return.
