Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

An oversized postcard (10x6 or so) that shows two significant sales (4.2 million and 3 million US ) in an upscale gated community called Ono Island. The post card will be mailed to Ono Island owners so the city and state does not have to be on the card. I would like to get more listings from this postcard. . The postcard must use my picture, the logo, pictures of the homes and verbiage to describe the fact that I was involved in these sales. It must also have the elegant feel of Sothebys International Realty. So no "Crazy Eddie" sorts of designs. Elegant, subtle yet conveying the message that I am THE real estate agent you must use to sell luxury listings.. The Sothebys color is a rich navy blue. With white or silver. Use script font sparingly. The Sothebys logo must not be crowded. I need the feel of luxury. I need to convey that I am the luxury agent you need to list your home because I sold this two record breaking sales on Ono Island.....yet I dont want a used car sales approach. The homes dont need addresses , they are well known on the island. The modern looking home I was the listing agent, the other home I was the selling agent. Both homes are the highest sales on Ono island in over 8 years. Design must be clean, easy to read. eye catching. to stand out from the other mail. Might be helpful to look at the Sothebys International Realty site or YouTube channel to get the feel.
