Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am in need of a Logo to be used primarily for business card & stationary. I would like to be able to carry the style and look into the design of a future website

I am a landscape Architect specilising in high-end residential project. I choose the word "Verdant" which means...green with vegetation, to grow green, lush.
Verdant reflects my goal as a designer to create lush garden spaces. Verdant also ties into green and sustainable landscape architecture.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• I would like the the Logo to be very elegant and traditional. I prefer very traditional fonts like Centaur or Perpetua.
  I have played around with using the "V" as a vase or base of a plant/flower as a logo symbol. See the attached jpg of my sketches.

Schön zu haben

• I would like to incorporate the color green without going overboard or being kitsch. I like the color combo of charcoal grey over a sage or celery green.
  
  In thinking towards a business card layout....I would prefer the layout to be in portrait, which makes less room for the company name.This would mean stacking the name.
