Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo to relaunch and existing company in Concord California. We provide a b2c High Intensity Interval Training program in small group environments specializing in Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Calisthenics. I would like two versions of the logo, one circle and one rectangular, I would like the font to be new and modern, easy to read. The focus of the logo should be a silhouette of an oil refinery. I would like to see girl and boy olympic lifters in the Snatch Squatting position with the barbell overhead. Colors should be Teal, blue,grey. I have attached previous versions of the logo to reference. Please do not use purple.
