Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are in need of some creative design help for our team logo. Our team name is APEX - what it represents to us is a journey that culminates at the top of our market as a team. Summiting a peak is the obvious correlation. The logo will mostly be used for gear, email gif, slide decks, etc. Were open to utlizing both a simple text logo or incorporating the text with graphics. Ideally, the logo/ text combo wouldn't be too colorful.
