Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

OneContact Integrated Facility Services is a building maintenance company based in Calgary, Alberta serving offices, and small and mid-sized commercial buildings.

We need to design a 2-sided postcard (6" H x 9" L) that will promote our building maintenance services and target private medical clinics. The postcard will be printed on good quality, glossy postcard paper.

The final design should be clean, crisp and obvious. We wish to avoid visual noisy backgrounds. (Note: For this design, we are OK with a combination of photos and drawings/graphics/icons). We wish a design that denotes a modern, dynamic and fun maintenance company! To get an idea of the company please visit our website www.onecontactifs.com

We want a design that will stand out rapidly. The objective is to easily and intuitively get the reader's attention and to motivate them to contact us right away!

Please find attached a PDF documents outlining the content to be included on the Front and Back sides. We have also attached sample postcards used in the past. However, feel free to move things around and unleash your creativity to attain the desired objective of the design!

• The front side of Postcard should include the following:
• 1) OneContact's logo
• 2) The setting of the scene should be a medical clinic.
• A drawing of a happy, energetic handyman (See attached layout samples) holding on one hand a clipboard where he's carrying his daily maintenance checklist, and the other hand shows his thumb up. This maintenance worker should also wear a tool belt to easily denote that he's a maintenance person.
• For example, an doctor's examination room where you see a smiley doctor and a patient, and a happy maintenance worker standing in the background.
• 3) Primary and bigger tag line: "Behind a great medical clinic, there's a great maintenance service company!"
• 4) Secondary and smaller tag line: "OneContact IFS makes maintenance of medical clinics easy"
• The back side of Postcard should include the following:
