I need ideas for my new book cover. I currently have 2 possible titles. 1.) The Real Life Academy of ITSM 2.) ITSM Value, NO Really! The book covers real life experiences & examples of how to 1.) understand ITSM & 2.) Best practices around implementation. ITSM = Information Technology Service Management. The final design should sell VALUE! I'm a great believer in choice is not about choice it's about value or perceived value. I need to capture this on the cover.
