3D Design Kurzbeschreibung

UPDATE: Please include a design that includes a square box as well.

Our first product adds 110v outlets and USB ports to the outside of a Jeep Wrangler or truck (see attached pictures). The system uses a power-inverter to convert the DC current to AC current. Once installed, users can access these external electric outlets and USB ports beneath a "gas cap" style cover, allowing them to operate lights, heaters, tools, and any other conventionally powered device while camping in the wilderness or lounging on the beach.

What I would like designed is the internal, concave portion of the gas cap cover. It needs to be a plastic piece in the same circular (or other) shape as the hinged gas cap cover above and include openings to plug-in to 110v outlets and USBs.

If possible, I would also like to add a 12v gauge. Please see pictures below of the prototype I made. In this example, the 12v gauge is on the outside of the gas cap cover. However, I hope to have all gauges, ports, and outlets contained within the gas cap cover. I would like to see design options with and without the gauge.

Furthermore, I'd love to see ideas for the overall design of the product - the front of the gas cap cover and the back containing the outlets. While I initially envisioned using the top portion of the pre-fabbed gas cap cover to save on manufacturing costs, I'd prefer a wholly original design if feasible.

I have included pictures of the prototype I created as well as pictures of the gas cap cover I used. The gas cap cover comes in two pieces. The first piece is the hinged-door. The second is on the inside of the fender and is what needs to be redesigned. Looking forward to seeing your designs!!


BRIEF UPDATE:

I have included two new rough images to help you in your design. The first (image name- Outlet rendering) shows the rough placements of all the parts that need to be included. Each part is labeled with the link to its product page so that you can get the dimensions (MUST HAVE PROPER DIMENSIONS SO THEY FIT CORRECTLY). Feel free to be creative with the placement of them if you can fit them in a better arrangement.

The second image (Image name- cover) show the cover that will clip over everything to hide the screw holes from the outlets and such.
