Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a relatively new mortgage company. We have a handful of flyers we have developed, but we have decided to go with a camp theme. As a result we'd like our flyers to have a camp theme.

We'd like a template we can use to create future flyers. 8 1/2" x 11".

We'd like a design that will accommodate flyers with varying amounts of content. I have attached a series of three of our flyers that have a little, a lot, and a whole lot of content.

MANDATORIES
1. Our RateWise logo (with or without the owl in it, up to you...see next note)
2. Our mascot, Amos the Owl, incorporated somehow into the theme. We want him to be apparent but not obstructive to the overall design. Subtle.
3. The fine print at the bottom.
4. Space for a loan officer's photo and contact info. You'll see we have Kari Phillips in there now. We have others on our team as well.

FONTS
We have some fonts in the existing pieces, but we are open to others. Personally I like Proxima Nova, but I am open to options.

CAMP AESTHETICS
Our mascot is illustrated, so we want our design to have an animated feel. We LOVE the design theme used in this website: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en Please click around in it.

SAMPLE CONTENT
When building the flyer please use the content from the "DECISIONS DECISIONS" flyer.

FINAL DELIVERABLE
InDesign is fine, as long as it is delivered as a layered file. Some of our team uses Publisher. I have the Adobe Creative Suite.
