Thank you for any acknowledgment of the submission, the aim is to provide you with a multi-functioning logo, that you can use to brand in various ways.

Specifically, you mentioned not focusing on the text as much, and so the ideas presented were designed to make the logo easily identifiable, and personable, for a way to connect with the viewer, without limiting your audience.

The logo was designed to go well with advertising (when you view the mockup, you will notice an element of the logo is able to standalone, and that is strategic so that viewers will associate the element with "Spanish Cove Townhomes" whenever they see it, even if the element is seen by itself.)
