Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a modern and sophisticated website design. We would prefer the site to be based on WordPress given it is intuitive and some of our staff have experience using it.

Our law firm is based in Melbourne, Australia and we deal with property. The website must be hosted on a reliable Australian server.

We would also appreciate it if the designer can provide some guidance about how to make changes/upload content, such as photos and articles. We are happy to pay for this advice.

We prefer classic fonts in black or grey. We would also like a dash of colour so please use a green, blue or aqua colour palette that is consistent with our logo attached.

We do not want any law related images - scales of justice, gavel or the like.

Our ultimate goal is to communicate that the firm is professional, affordable, modern, dynamic, knowledgeable and one with the community.

We would like the following pages/sections/icons:

1. Who We Are - we will provide content.

2. Our Services - 1. Property 2. Wills, 3. Powers of Attorney 4. Probate & Estate Administration 5.Consultancy & Agency- we will provide content for each of these sections.

3. Articles - we already have approximately 20 articles on a wordpress blog and would like to port these articles to the website. We can do this ourselves if the designer can give us instructions about how to do this. We would also like to give clients the option to subscribe to our articles.

4. Contact Us - this should include our firms contact details; location map and we would like to give clients the option to "Request A Quote" directly from the page - i.e they will need to provide their full name, phone number email address, choose subject from drop down menu and type a message that gets sent to our outlook email.

5. Terms and Conditions - we will provide content

We really like the style and photographs used in the following website and want something as close to this as possible:

For privacy reasons, we would prefer to provide content together with all business details once we have decided on the winner.

We will monitor entries closely and promise to provide feedback and guidance on each entry.

This project is guaranteed. If our budget is too low please email us so we can discuss further and perhaps increase our budget. We are reasonable in this regard.
