Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design to re-launch our holiday accommodation business from a 3 star caravan park (anglersrest.com.au) to a 4 star eco-retreat (South Coast Retreat). We also need the logo for a new business venture that will sit under South Coast Retreat and is "South Coast Tours"
These businesses will increasingly be targeting the international markets to come and enjoy the spectacular scenery, bushland, crystal-clear bays and lakes, uncrowded beaches and beautiful rivers while indulging in fresh seafood and local cuisine.
As the brands ("South Coast Retreat" & "South Coast Tours") will be used together & separately and underpin each other it is important that "retreat" can be replaced with "tours" while keeping all other parts of the logo unchanged.
We happy with the current look of our branding (see www.anglersrest.com.au) in particular the blue (aqua to deep ocean) colours as they fit nicely with our surrounds.

UPDATE 25 November
We are happy with the two fish in use on our current website and also think the concept provided (pdf of SCR & SCT logos) was a good start so using these as themes is good - many thanks. A couple of designs have also used the yin&yang theme which is good, as an abstract form.
I have now attached 2 more things to consider
1. a picture of dolphins leaping from the ocean - thinking people are drawn to dolphins more than fish so if we are to shift away from fish, then perhaps dolphins are the best choice. Have chosen 2 leaping from the water in the hope that it will inspire potential customers to leap our way, and 2 rather than just one as it is more social, which is what tours/holidays are about.
2. the circle is there because I keep thinking the hard rock cafe logo was/is successful, so incorporating this theme/look may work well as a positive memory association. Originally our idea was to use 2 fish rather than the circle with "South coast" in place of "hard rock" and tour etc in place of "cafe" - so if anyone can pull that off - great!!

Or, ....not sure if it is possible to use the leaping dolphins as a part of the circular frame (note: the circle doesn't have to be drawn all the way around), or if I have incorporated too many things making any professional outcome messy??

Please see new uploaded file. Please base designs on this concept, using the 2 fish provided. Sorry to have gone around in circles - but on reviewing designs submitted with what we already (almost) have we think that a professional, better proportioned version of this picture will be adequate. We especially like the work of

Target market for the South Coast Tours will be international, mostly "Affluent Asia" (China, India, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan) 40-70 age bracket however we will still be maintaining and developing our local (Australian) market base, particularly for South Coast Retreat.

• We have been using the 2 fish graphic images (see top left corner of www.anglersrest.com.au) for a few years & would like to keep them. We also like the concept of the attached logo (South Coast Retreat with 2 fish as background). I also have a feeling that a nice bright blue against a "beach" background may look good and achieve the nature / eco focus. see: http://www.anglersrest.com.au/about-us/ecotourism/ for a beach shot idea.
  
  It would be great to have a logo that can be easily used as multi or 1 colour. For example multi colour on the website, banner advertising (eg blue writing on a beach/sand background for the back of a bus), but then 1 colour for promotional material hats, stubbie coolers, note pads, letterhead)
