Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for our new startup. Below is a description of our company:

We are developing a resource that we believe will help churches call/hire pastors and staff members more effectively resulting in stronger, healthier churches and longer, more successful ministry tenures for pastors.

Our company will use new and creative forms of online surveying technology to help match the right candidates to the churches who hire us.

The logo needs the look and feel that communicates progressive technology, modern, fun, helpfulness and trust.

The name of our company is The Waymark Group. Our logo should emphasize "Waymark" with "the" and "group" understated. We don't currently have a color scheme or palette so we would be up for ideas there. However, we don't want colors that are too flamboyant, but communicate the same look and feel as described above.

Included in the logo would need to be some kind of directional imagery. A"Waymark" is a directional sign placed along routes or trails to help travelers find their destination. That is the goal of our startup - to help lead churches along the path of hiring, to find their "destination" (perfect match).
