We need a brochure designed for a presentation to a new client based around the use of Horizontal Directional Drilling and the installation of culverts with its use. Not all photos are required to be used.
The process used to install culverts is as follows:1)Survey the site and grade changes2)Set up drill to required pitch3)Drill pilot bore4)Pre-ream to required diameter5)Assemble culverts and install pulling adapter6)Pull culvert back behind reamer7)Install requested aggregate material around culvert ends. Horizontal Directional Drilling is on average 30% less in cost compared to traditional open excavation methods and can generally be completed 40% faster. HDD can be used to install a large amount of different products. For example you can install corrugated(culverts), steel pipe, HDPE pipe, PVC pipe, and many more. The following industries have benefitted from the use of trenchless technology over the years: Oil & Gas, Power & Telecommunications, Highway & road Construction, Water and sewer. HDD provides a safer and more cost effective alternative to open cut methods by allowing traffic to flow without disruption and limit the time workers and crew members have to spend on road ways and trenches providing a safer work environment.
