Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need help building an informational website for a beauty salon in Hong Kong. The local salon provides facials, massages, body and other slimming treatments in a relaxing environment. We offer some non-invasive medical treatments, such as botox. Having built the business on word of mouth, it is now time for us to launch a website to help market the business better. Website requirements:

-Must be responsive
-Use vibrant but clean colours. not too many, 1-2 colours
-Must be bilingual (switch between Chinese traditional and English)
-Our current website is host on a server, not using any particular platforms like wordpress
