Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We want to create a quick response to information requests that includes images and our logo. We will include text as well, but want to get the point across that we are the best value. A synopsis of our company is, we do commercial roofing and roof maintenance, mainly for fast food restaurants. Attached are some marketing documents we have used in the past so you can see what it is we do. We want to take what we have and condense it and make it easy to absorb the information.
We are also seeking to give the feel of educating the potential customer on why our services would benefit their business, not just selling to them. This will be sent out electronically, so please keep that in mind. Also, we would like this to be one page
