Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am opening a small equine boarding and training facility in VT. I am looking for a logo to represent my business. The business will be called Costa Luna Stables, and is named after a royal kingdom. I will be training all breeds of horses and various disciplines.
Some prerequisites I was considering for the logo would be as followed:
-does not need to be focused towards a certain breed or style of riding
-may/may not have a horse in the logo
-would like it to resemble something that would also work as a ranch type of brand, but ideally a bit more elegant

I like the idea of using a variation of letters relating to the name of the stable in a unique way. I hope this gives a relatively clear idea of what I am looking for. Thank you and looking forward to the design ideas!
