What colours do you prefer in your logo? And how many colours maximum?

We prefer "bold flat colors and clean lines and shapes" similar to what Microsoft describes for the philosophy behind the International Typographic Style (or Swiss design) which influenced their Metro UI (http://windowsteamblog.com/windows/b/bloggingwindows/archive/2012/02/17/redesigning-the-windows-logo.aspx ). Because we are Microsoft technology developers we would like to look "fitting" to this Metro style.
