Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our company, Signature Leaders, is focused on developing top level female leaders at their respective companies. We work with over 90 large, global companies and bring together women from different companies for 2.5 day sessions where they learn from peers and executive faculty.
Now, we are turning our focus to moving more women into the senior leadership ranks by creating a movement around Sponsorship. We are calling the movement "TWOthroughYOU", which means that everyone at these high levels, men and women alike, should be identifying two promising females in the career levels below them and helping to pave their path to leadership by sponsoring them within their companies.
Our plan is to launch this initiative via social media and grow it organically through our 600+ alumni and other advocates of what we are doing. This should speak to all women, and men, who think it is important not to exclude half of our talented individuals (the women) from leadership roles.
