Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a consulting business. The business is run by 2 women lawyers who provide advice and real solutions in a timely manner for regulatory compliance & strategic legal advisory services. They target a variety of industries including oil & gas, mining, forestry, renewable energy, electricity and agriculture.

They want their brand not to represent the traditional "stuffy", "cold" corporate feel. See the inspiration board I attached below to show the feel they are going for and the brand colors we are using. They want their logo to convey bold, innovative, approachable, trustworthy, clean, and efficient. The colors in the brand make it feel really fun but I want the logo to convey professionalism.

One idea they had for their logo is to put "RC" into a square with another square around to convey "R squared, C squared". I'm not sure if this is the right way to go but they do like the idea of incorporating a square or an icon into their logo.
