Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Using an icon as close as possible to the one attached, redesign the logo with the name "The Pierce Law Group." This is primarily a name change. No major change in the look is expected. Would prefer a sans serif font. Open to color variations, but the default is navy blue and white. Would like the icon to be less dominant in size as compared to the attached logo, i.e. better proportion of icon to text. Willing to consider changing the icon with a silver or gold accent to add a "3D" look.
