Please design a logo to be used in print &digital advertising, on our website and printed large format (signage). The logo is for a new home community of paired and single family homes located in the master plan of Terra Lago in the City of Indio, CA. Indio is home to the world famous Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals and is just 25 miles away from the International vacation destination of Palm Springs, CA. This community is located in the middle of the expansive California desert, surrounded by stunning mountain views. The homes sit on an active lake within the master plan community.
The architectural style of the homes are Contemporary & Transitional Spanish
Behind the name:
The Lido, or Venice Lido (Lido di Venezia), is a 7-mile long sandbar in Venice, northern Italy. The Venice Film Festival takes place at the Lido every September.
Terra Lago literally translates to "Land Lake"
Though the name is Italian, we would like to see fluidity and movement in the logo. Evoking the sense of water. We are looking for a clean, contemporary & fresh logo. Nothing old fashioned or too ornate. The logo needs to appeal to our buyer demographic with their discerning tastes for an upscale active resort lifestyle.

Updates
I am extending the project deadline because it does not seem like the designers are reading/ understanding the brief. I was clear in stating that we do not want to see a house or a roof in the logo (it is too literal) and most of the designers are not following direction. I hope to see more designs that follow the brief.
