I have a template similar to what you're looking for (I would need to do some technical work to separate out all the layers), but I can't submit based on your contest restrictions. If you don't get any designs, try resubmitting. Happy to work on this for you.

There's a note at the top of brief:

"Please note... This contest is restricted to designers who have at least 2.5 star rating in the apparel category. You are not currently eligible to submit, please view your current star rating here, or read more about mini contests here."

I think when you submitted your design request you put that you wanted the top designers working on it. I'm not really sure where you select that to be honest.
