Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a business called Talk To The Entities.
Talk to the Entities is an educational, life changing program for creating greater ease and ability around entities, spirits and ghosts. It changes people perspective and creates consciousness.
I would like to logo to be light, joyful (but not to cartoony), elegant and include a happy ghost image. I would also like the text Talk To The Entities included in the logo.
NO heavy BLACK. The design can have black as accent but not a lot of black. I would like color.
I would like the logo to evoke a sense of child like joy but be sophisticated for adults to relate to. And above all create questions in peoples universe.
I also like the impact of the Starbucks logo and would like the new TTTE logo to be with in a circle like the Starbucks logo.
