Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

What we are looking for
- redesign of one page of our web app (priority 1), see screenshots attached.
- icons for 15 modules + 5 category icons (priority 2)

Please note
- the pages are fully functional
- we are happy with the layout show in the screenshots
- the integration will be made on our end
- the UI elements will be reused in other pages

Goals
- make our app look professional
- improve usability

Style inspiration
- Audience are therapists
- Please try to use shade of blue (#369AD8), green(#74AD20), grey and white

Page workflow
- Clinicians can select modules from the 5 categories listed: activities, exercises, assessments, customizations or templates (Screenshot #1)
- Modules can be filtered, filters depend on the category (Screenshot #1)
- Clinician select a module from the main area to launch them directly or add the to the patient's rehab program (on the right side) (Screenshot #1)
- Before adding a module to a program, clinicians can pick a difficulty, a number of rounds and optionally the side the patient must use (left or right) (Screenshot #3)
- Clinicians can assign a program template i.e. a module collection to the patient's program (Screenshot #2)

Categories
- Activities: games
- Exercises: repetitions of the same movement
- Assessments: evaluation of the patient's capacities
- Cutomizations: activities with saved configuration
- Templates: collection of activities and exercises
