T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need some Tshirt design ideas for our annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. This is a national event that we participate in at our Company every year.
A national theme is set each year which we follow but we don't follow the graphic idea. For 2018 the theme is Service Force - Agents of Positive Change. I am attaching the National logo but again, we want ours to be different. I am also attaching last year's tshirt design as an example.
We would like the name of the theme along with Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day and 2018 in the design. The design can be full color (and does not have to be blue and yellow like the national design) and will go on the back of children's Tshirts ages 8-12. We will select a Tshirt color after we decide on a design.
We hope you can suggest a design that is creative, fun, modern and something a 12 year old would like. Please no scary or obscene graphics.
