We are selling homeowners insurance policy / tenants Policy/Flood Insurance in USA in few states and planning expand nationally.
Our target audience are two folds: Customers (Buy policies) and Insurance Agents who wants to work with us to sell our policies to customers. But website should focus 80% on customers and 20% on agents. So, more customer focused user experience. Please note that there is no direct buy option for customers. They always go through insurance agents.
Customer focused, educational that makes buyer journey easy. We don’t want to come off as trying sell something as there is no direct sales involved from website.
