3D Design Kurzbeschreibung

I require 3D images / walkthrough, indicating the general appearance of a store interior. The images will be used to persuade landlords to rent premises to us, and they will also be issued to shopfitters to ensure they understand the general look and feel we aim to achieve for the premises before they quote on shopfitting.

The business in question is 2Loan.co.za ; a South African micro-loan company. 2Loan.co.za provides short term financial solutions to lower income groups in the country. Loans are paid out either in cash or by transfer to the client's "2Card" (a MasterCard debit card, branded for 2Loan.co.za as the 2Card - funds are transferred to these cards instantly upon approval and are also immediately available to the consumer, who can either use this card to pay for goods or withdraw the funds from a teller machine).

The store's floorplan should roughly follow the layout provided, and branding should be applied strategically at your discretion (logo provided). In addition to the branding you can include the slogan "Anytime . Anywhere ."
And selling points such as:
1. 0% Interest
2. 10 Minute Approval
3. Free death cover
4. VIP Loan Club

Exterior / Storefront:
Branding should be limited to illuminated standing or hanging vertical strip banners in the windows, as well as light boxes on the outside walls and steel/perspex signs on the upper exterior parts of the building.

Interior / Reception:
Should have a sophisticated professional almost bank-like feel, with an open plan layout. Furniture should be dark and floors should be tiled with large light coloured tiles.

Client Experience:
Upon entering the store clients must be greeted in VIP fashion on a red carpet, and offered a beverage by a hostess / receptionist. After being directed in the required direction by the hostess, the customer will proceed either to a consultant or the manager's desk. Clients should interact with staff in a semi private / shielded desk or cubicle type environment. Once business is concluded the client will either leave the premises directly, or first visit the cash payout window to receive the cash that they have loaned before leaving. There should be a high-tech feeling to the client area, perhaps with some LCD displays on the walls running adverts and information on product offerings.

Staff Facilities:
The backoffice will feature a staff lounge / kitchenette, with a small relaxation area, and storage cabinets against the walls. There will only be one door into the backoffice, and then further door from there into subsequent rooms. Within the backoffice there will be a cash office, this is a secure room where only one person is allowed at a time. The cash office will also contain the safe, money counting machine, small desk, and an armored glass window through which customers will be attended to. This window will be at standing counter height. Furthermore the backoffice will contain a small toilet with a hand wash basin and a seperate boardroom for staff meetings and presentations.
