Disappointing isn't when you work hard for hours, without any thanks or recognition only to be insulted with 1 star reviews, i can only assume there has been some sort of terrible error. I'am sure your really grateful about the time and effort i put in to realising your logo and your unaware of the negative impact of 1 star reviews have to an otherwise highly rated designer.

I am sorry, I was not aware this would impact the designer. I thought it was for personal reasons to sort through the different designs.

The star ratings count towards an overall rating which designers have. So its a bit like a slap in the face to get a 1 star.
Its the nature of the game, but i never get used to it, no one likes to be rated in the first place, but a low rating is worse isn't it.
I didn't think my designs were that bad, i can do a lot worse, i spelt the name right, thats got to be worth one star.
If you remember there are people behind the submissions, giving their time and effort for free with little chance of payment and you respond accordingly you won't go far wrong.
