This is an acronym to replace our company culture of “All In” to “FOCUS” meaning Fuck Off Cause U’re Stupid. We are a laid back, small family owned company that we have a playful sense of “t-shirt” Fridays. There are some in our company that cannot help their self from being an ass. I am an owner and I want to find a playful shirt to be the FOCUS of our employees having fun but STOP BEING STUPID
