Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our logo is now 4 years old. Our company has continued to grow and become more polished. We are a video strategy and production agency, but really we are a creative services firm that does video. Our agency is fun, personal, empathetic, human, authentic, and professional. Our current logo feels too serious. Our lion mark feels too intense and too detailed - a more simple mark would be preferred. We selected a lion to represent creative courage. We want to stick with something based on the lion, but more abstract. It shouldn't feel too playful/childish. I often only use "Animus" as opposed to "ANIMUS STUDIOS". I'm looking for a more simple logo mark paired with our existing font (attached) (or a similar font).
